Themes: Make Superfood Yours (Colours, Buttons, Sidebar, Fonts and the Company Logo)

Every user can pick their own colours, wallpaper, buttons, sidebar and font. The company logo is the one piece that applies to everyone.

Themes are personal

Themes let you restyle Superfood, and they are yours: the colours, wallpaper, buttons, sidebar and font you choose apply to your sign-in only, on every device, across every module. Your teammates keep their own look. The one exception is the company logo, which an administrator sets once for everyone.

If you have never saved a theme, you see your company's default look. Factory kiosks and public pages always use the company look, so shared screens stay consistent.

Opening the Themes page

On the App (app.superfoodapps.com), open the account menu at the top left of the sidebar and choose Themes. Everything on the page previews live as you change it: the page you are looking at restyles immediately, and nothing is kept until you choose Save my theme.

What you can change

  • Brand colour: the accent used for links, highlights and active states, with a header text colour to keep kiosk headers legible.

  • Buttons: a button colour and button text colour (leave them on default to follow the brand colour), plus a button design: Rounded, Soft, Pill or Square. Every primary button in the app follows it.

  • Wallpaper: the page background behind everything. Pick a solid colour, one of the soft gradients, or both together.

  • Sidebar colour: swatches (White, Snow, Navy, Charcoal, Forest) or any custom colour. Dark sidebars flip their text and highlights to light automatically, so nothing becomes unreadable.

  • Font: one typeface across the whole site, chosen from five Google Fonts: Inter (the default), Roboto, Open Sans, Montserrat and Poppins. The picker shows each font in its own face.

The company logo

The logo sits alongside the Superfood logo in every sidebar and kiosk header, for everyone in the company. Administrators can upload one on the Themes page (PNG, JPEG, WebP or SVG with a transparent background) or paste a URL. If you are not an administrator, the logo section shows what is set and who to ask.

Saving and resetting

  • Save my theme keeps your choices. They apply instantly and load with the page from then on, with no flash of the default look.

  • Reset to defaults removes your personal theme and returns you to the company default. An administrator's reset also clears the company logo.
