What EasyImport does

EasyImport turns the bulk purchase orders your retailers send into import files you can upload straight into your sales system (such as Unleashed). Instead of retyping every order line, you email the order in, EasyImport reads it and matches each line to your stores and products, and you download a clean import file.

The pieces

  • Open orders: where order emails land, ready to review and convert.

  • Stores: your store and customer list, with the retailer store codes used to match incoming orders. This is the same store book that PromoPlan uses.

  • Products: your product list, with the retailer product codes used to match order lines.

  • Automations: saved recipes that tell EasyImport exactly which columns your sales tool's import file needs.

  • Price list: your products against every price tier, shared with PromoPlan.

  • History: a record of every merged order, ready to re-download.

The everyday flow

  1. A retailer emails an order to your EasyImport address.

  2. The order appears in Open orders within about a minute.

  3. You open it, check the matched store and products, and fix anything flagged.

  4. You merge it into an import file using one of your automations, then download it.

Who can use it

Anyone in your EasyImport or Orders group can view orders. Editing stores, products and automations, and merging orders, is limited to administrators.
