From email to import file
Once an order is in Open orders, converting it is a short review and a download.
Open and check
Click the order to open it. EasyImport reads the attachment and matches the store and each line's product against your lists. Anything it could not match is flagged rather than dropped, so nothing goes missing.
Fix what is flagged
If the store or a line is not matched, the order shows a "Needs a quick check" banner. Set the store, pick a product for any unmatched line, and adjust quantities or prices. A live preview of the import file updates as you go. See the article on fixing unmatched stores and products for detail.
Merge and download
When the order looks right, merge it into an import file using one of your automations and download it. The order is marked as merged and kept in History so you can re download it later.
Converting several at once
On the Open orders list you can select several orders and merge them into one import file together, using the same automation.
