Your product identity (name, SKU, barcode, size) syncs from Airtable and is read only in EasyImport. What you set here are the retailer product codes and pricing.

Order lines are matched to your products by their retailer product code, or by SKU or barcode as a fallback. Open a product on the Products page and set its Woolworths, Coles and OTR codes so incoming order lines resolve to the right product.

The same product editor also holds the unit cost and the ten price tiers, shared with PromoPlan. You maintain one product list across both modules.

Use Import codes (CSV) to set retailer codes in bulk. Rows are matched to your products by SKU, and any SKU not found is reported so you can check it.
