What an automation is

An automation is a saved recipe that teaches EasyImport how to build one import file. It maps the order channel (Woolworths, Coles or OTR) and your output tool (such as Unleashed) to an ordered set of output columns. Once saved, you reuse it every time you convert an order.

Creating one

  1. Open Automations and create a new automation, giving it a name like "Woolworths to Unleashed".

  2. Upload your sales tool's import template (a CSV or Excel file). EasyImport reads the header row and lists every column.

  3. Each column is pre mapped to a likely source. Adjust any that are wrong.

Column sources

For each output column you choose where its value comes from: an order field (order number, dates), a matched store field (customer code, name), a matched product field (SKU, description), a computed value like the line number, a fixed value, or blank. Reorder, add and remove columns until the file matches exactly what your tool expects.
