EasyImport: Fixing Unmatched Stores and Products

How to resolve the "Needs a quick check" state: set the store, pick products for unmatched lines, and handle grid orders.

When an order needs a check

If EasyImport could not match the store or some order lines, the order opens with a "Needs a quick check" banner telling you what to fix. Matched items are ready; only the flagged ones need your attention.

Setting the store

If the store is not matched, its box is highlighted. Click it and choose the right store from the searchable list. To avoid this next time, add that retailer's store code to the store (see Managing Stores).

Fixing a line's product

Each unmatched line shows a product picker. Search by name, SKU or barcode and choose the product. You can also change quantities and prices, or remove a line that should not be there. Setting the product's retailer code will match it automatically next time.

Grid (matrix) orders

Some retailers send a grid of products across several stores in one file. EasyImport detects these and splits them into one line per filled cell, each with its own store. The editor then shows a store column per line so you can confirm each one.

Saving your fixes

Your changes save with the order, so you can come back to it. When everything is matched, merge it into an import file.
