Stores in EasyImport are the same list as PromoPlan's customers. Adding or editing a store in either place updates both. Each store holds its name, customer code, retailer, contact details and, importantly for EasyImport, its retailer store codes.

When an order arrives, EasyImport matches it to a store using the code that retailer uses. Open a store and fill in its Woolworths, Coles or OTR code in the Store codes section. An order from that retailer then matches this store automatically.

On the Stores page, click any store to open its editor: store name, customer code, retailer, phone, sales and accounts email, address, the three store codes, and its contacts. Use New store to add one by hand.

Use Import CSV to bring in a whole store list at once. The import wizard lets you map each column, previews new versus updated rows, and matches existing stores on their customer code so re imports update rather than duplicate.
