Templates: teach the form once
A template is a retailer's real form (a price list, new line form, or promo submission form) that PromoPlan has learned to fill. Set one up like this:
Open Templates and create a new template for the retailer, choosing its type: Price List, New Line Form, or Promo Sub Form.
Upload the retailer's file (Excel, CSV or PDF). PromoPlan reads it and detects the fillable columns for you.
Check each column's mapping: product fields, pricing (tier cost, RRP, GP%), promotion dates, store details, a fixed value, or leave blank. Adjust anything the auto-mapping got wrong.
Save. The template gets a number (T1, T2, ...) you will see everywhere it can be used.
Form requests: generate the paperwork
The Form requests page is where paperwork gets made, and the log of everything made before. Choose + New form request and the wizard walks you through:
Pick what you need: a price list, a new line form, a promotional form, or a store report.
Pick the templates: tick one or more retailer templates of that type. You can do several retailers in one go; the download has a sheet per template.
Pick the products: your whole range or a searchable selection.
Pick the pricing: a price tier, or (for promotional forms) a promotion, which prices the form from that promotion's tier and deal prices.
Generate. The workbook downloads and the request is logged with an FR number.
The store report
The Store report card in the same wizard builds a landscape PDF of upcoming deals, one page per store: each deal's products, dates, pricing and GP. Pick stores directly and/or whole retailers (a retailer brings its whole group), choose the window (all upcoming, or the next 4, 8 or 13 weeks), then download, print, or email it straight to the stores with the recipients pre-filled from their contact emails.
Every request can be rebuilt
Click any row in the Form requests list to see exactly what it generated: the templates, products, pricing and who requested it. From there:
Download again rebuilds a fill request. A request made for "all products" rebuilds against your current catalogue, so it is always up to date.
Rebuild report reopens a store report with its original stores and window ready to tweak.
Generated spreadsheets and store reports carry a small "Created with Superfood" credit in the footer.
