Performance at a glance
The Customers page can show how each store is actually doing. Open the Columns button and turn on the performance columns (save the set as a view to keep them):
Sales 12m: the store's total sales for the last 12 months.
Sales trend: the percentage up or down against the previous 12 months, shown with a green or red arrow.
Promos 12m and Promo sales 12m: how many promotions ran in the last year and what they sold, from your promotion history and recorded results.
AI advice: a flag and a one-line verdict per store (see below).
Where the sales totals come from
If you use the Sales data area, the 12-month totals fill themselves: every import or sync recomputes them for the stores it covers. For stores the sales feed does not reach, you can key the two totals by hand in the customer editor's Performance section, which also previews the trend as you type. Keyed values stay until sales data covers that store.
AI advice
An administrator clicks AI advice in the page header.
The AI reads each store's sales totals and promotion history and writes one short, actionable sentence per store, with a flag: Going well, Steady, Watch or Needs help. The advice names the concrete reason ("sales down 18%", "no promotion since February").
Each run covers up to 80 stores, starting with stores that have never been advised or have the oldest advice; run it again to cover the rest. The result is stored, so browsing the page never costs an AI call.
The flag and advice show in the AI advice column and inside the customer editor, with the date they were generated.
Account managers
Each store can carry an Account manager: the staff member who looks after it, picked from your staff list in the customer editor (or set on many stores at once with the bulk edit). Once assigned, an account manager filter appears on the page, search matches the manager's name, and the rep reports can build a report per manager. See the article on rep reports for those.
