PromoPlan: Exports to Unleashed, MRPeasy and Other Tools

Design reusable export files that send your products, pricing, customers and promotions to Unleashed, Ordermentum, MRPeasy and other tools.

What exports are

An export is a saved file design that gets your PromoPlan data out into another tool. You design it once (which data, which columns, what headers, CSV or Excel) and then download a fresh copy any time; it always runs on your current data. Exports are the outbound twin of EasyImport's automations.

Start from a preset

Choose + New export and pick a preset. The presets mirror the real import templates of the tools they target, so the file uploads without rework:

  • Unleashed: Import Products. Product code, description, and all ten sell price tiers, matching Unleashed's product import.

  • Unleashed: Import Product Pricing. Product code, price or discount, price type, and valid from and to dates. This is the file for syncing promotion pricing into Unleashed.

  • Unleashed: Import Customer Pricing. One row per store and product, priced from your tier groups.

  • Ordermentum: price list. A standard catalogue and pricing layout for upload through the Ordermentum portal or their support team.

  • MRPeasy: items and customers.

  • Blank custom export when you want to design from scratch.

The datasets

  • Products: one row per product with identity and every tier price.

  • Customers: your store book with contacts.

  • Promotions: one row per promotion.

  • Promotion lines: one row per product per promotion, with the deal price, price type, and validity dates. Built for pricing imports.

  • Customer pricing: one row per store and product from your price tier groups.

Designing the columns

  1. Each column has a header (what the other tool expects) and a source (which PromoPlan field fills it). Sources are grouped: product fields, pricing tiers, promotion fields, store fields, computed values, or a fixed constant.

  2. Add, remove and reorder columns until the layout matches the target tool's template.

  3. Pick the format: CSV or Excel.

  4. Save, then Download. The download always runs the saved design, so save your changes first.

Everyday use

Once designed, an export is a two-click job: open Exports, download, upload to the other tool. A common rhythm is to run the Unleashed product pricing export after building each promotion cycle so the deal prices land in Unleashed with the right validity dates.
