One place your sales arrive
The Sales data page (in the sidebar's Data group) is where your invoiced sales come into Superfood. Every line is matched to your stores and products automatically, and once it is in, it powers store performance, promotion uplift and Analytics. However the data arrives, importing the same lines twice never duplicates anything, so re-imports and overlapping syncs are always safe.
Import a sales file
Choose Import sales file. Drop a CSV or Excel extract (invoice lines, scan data), or paste rows straight from a spreadsheet.
Check the column mapping. Date, store code or name, product SKU or name, quantity, price, value and invoice number map themselves from common headings; adjust any that did not.
Review the preview. Rows with a bad date or no figures are flagged and skipped, never silently imported.
Import. Stores match by customer code first, then exact name; products by SKU or barcode, then name. Lines that do not match are kept with their original text so you can link them later.
Email sales files in
Give your company a sales email address (an administrator sets it with Set up address). Any CSV or Excel sales extract sent or forwarded to that address imports itself within a minute: forward the weekly report from your sales tool and the data simply appears. Each email is processed once, so a duplicate forward does nothing.
Connect Unleashed, MRPeasy or Xero
Unleashed: choose Connect and paste the API ID and key from Unleashed's Integration page. Syncs pull your invoices.
MRPeasy: choose Connect and paste the API key and access token from MRPeasy's Integrations settings. Syncs pull invoiced orders.
Xero: choose Connect Xero. A new tab opens Xero's own sign-in; authorise your organisation and close the tab. Syncs pull authorised sales invoices.
Use Test to prove the credentials, then Sync now to pull. A sync works through the whole period by itself, page by page, showing its progress on the button; a large first backfill needs one click, not ten.
Sync period and usage
Each connection has an Invoice sync period (from 2 weeks up to 24 months) that controls how far back every sync looks. Set it when connecting, or later from the connection's Settings; for Xero this changes without signing in again. Longer periods use more API requests per sync, and already-stored lines are never duplicated.
Every sync run is logged. The connection row shows its 30-day usage at a glance (syncs and API requests), and Settings shows the usage band plus the last runs with an OK or Failed chip, so you can keep an eye on provider limits before they bite.
The import history
Every import batch (file, email or sync) appears in the Imports table with how many lines it added, how many were already stored, and how many stores matched. Deleting a batch removes every line it created and the store totals update to match.
What the data feeds
Each covered store's 12-month sales totals fill in automatically on the Customers page.
Promotion detail pages gain an Uplift vs baseline tile comparing sales during the promotion against the store's 8-week run rate before it.
Analytics gains a sales dataset, so reports can answer per-store, per-product and per-period sales questions.
