Reports built around a rep

Once your stores carry account managers, the Form requests wizard offers two report cards built around a rep rather than a store. Both need the account managers set on the Customers page first.

Rep promotions report

The per-store upcoming deals report, aimed at a rep's whole patch:

  1. Choose + New form request and pick Rep promotions report.

  2. Tick one or more account managers; each chip shows how many stores they manage. The report covers every store they look after.

  3. Pick the deals window (all upcoming, or the next 4, 8 or 13 weeks), then download, print or email the PDF: one page per store with its upcoming promotions and pricing.

Rep performance report

How a rep's stores are actually travelling:

  1. Choose + New form request and pick Rep performance report.

  2. Pick the rep and a window: the last 3, 6 or 12 months.

  3. The report rolls up each of their stores: promotions run in the window, upcoming promotions, units and sales from recorded results, spend and return on spend, promotion coverage (the share of the window the store had a promotion in store), and the last and next promotion dates.

  4. It also lists the stores not promoted at all in the window (often the most useful page) and a month-by-month trend table. Download it as a landscape PDF.

Rebuilding later

Like every form request, both reports are logged on the Form requests page with the settings they were built with. Click a past request and rebuild it with fresh data any time.
